If you’re looking for a band with shredding guitar, heavy grooves, and operatic vocals, look no further than New Jersey’s own Lethal Affection. The band was founded five years ago in New Brunswick by guitarists Nick Kashmanian and Joe Percario to shake up the musical landscape and put classic heavy metal back on the map. Joined by lead vocalist Noah Simon, and later by bassist Will Winton and drummer Cameron Rozell, this high energy metal outfit is proving that rock and roll is still very much alive and well. After releasing their self-produced EP in 2012 and performing hundreds of shows, the band re-entered the studio in December 2014. Their follow-up full length “Choose a Side” was recorded at Conclave Studios in Manhattan, produced by Corey Pierce of God Forbid, and mixed by Christopher “Zeuss” Harris. Drawing from the melodies of Iron Maiden and the attitude of Guns N’ Roses, Lethal Affection promises to bring hard rock to the masses. “These New Jersey natives are pumping out some classic metal sounds, reminiscent of bands like Alter Bridge and Black Stone Cherry.”

                                                                – Meryl “LJ” London, Drift n Die Press

“There was something undeniably catchy about the band.  Vocalist Noah Simon moved across the stage with ease, with some strong vocals that were matched by melodies behind him, with high-energy and soaring solos to boot.”

– Kyle McGinn, Dead Rhetoric

“We were completely blown away at their talent and professionalism.  And, when Noah belted his way through their cover of Iron Maiden’s “Number of the Beast” we knew we were witnessing something extraordinary.  To even attempt this massive song is one thing, but to completely own it as his own, is definitely praise-worthy.  This is a band that we’re confident you’ll want to keep on your radar!”

                                                                – Liz Finch & Kris Kirby, The Rock N Roll Junkies

“Where the hell have these guys been hiding?  Musically, they are awesome… Lethal Affection is a band to look out for on this music scene.”
